This Is Madness...
Threads inspired by the trial of the person charged with shooting Charlie Kirk
To me, Charlie Kirk is (was) a white supremacist hiding behind Christianity. He had a large audience but Rush Limbaugh, the late Rush Limbaugh, had an audience. A large audience don’t mean jack. Limbaugh was a white supremacist as well, at least to me and so was Kirk.
Charlie Kirk was murdered in 2025. That is what we are told. I have not peeped the trial of the person alleged to have killed him until recently. The trial of the person (Tyler Robinson) is in motion.
I stumbled across an article recently about the judge in the case who held the prosecutor in contempt. I found that interesting and almost odd but it does make sense and so here goes:
Allegedly, some of the ballistics reports in the Kirk case are inconsistent. If a bullet fragment does not match via ballistics, that smells like reasonable doubt. Robinson is facing the death penalty so everything is everything.
The prosecutor decided to comment on inconsistency in public suggesting that this fact didn’t mean anything. The judge didn’t like the comment. Cases, of course, are to be tried in court and not in public or on social media.
In the threads that followed (I posted some random notes below), which are many, Robinson, the person accused was called innocent and not the person who shot Kirk according to the people writing comments. Few on the threads think Robinson did it. Ouch.
Here are a few scattered comments below but first why do I post?
I post because I am intrigued by such threads. The comments remind me how widespread information, good, bad, ugly, inaccurate, or something else, is getting out. I can only assume Robinson did it. But why? I don’t know. Do I think Oswald shot JFK in 1963? No. I surely think Trump’s people were in on the assassination attempt on him in Pennsylvania on some level. I think that was one of the reasons he got re-elected.
It is needless to say, total madness. We have a serious information problem in the U.S. that we did not contemplate. We don’t take it serious enough.
Maria Ressa, the journalist from the Phillipines, has said as much. This is what Ressa said in 2024 right before the election that re-elected Donald Trump, a man of endless dishonesty and disorder:
“Americans are going to vote at a time when their news feeds will give them less facts and reliable information. Personalization has turned the public sphere into an insane asylum, where every person can have their own reality…”
Take a look at the random comments I picked. Do any of us know what we believe about the killing of Charlie Kirk? What do we believe?

And all this time I thought it was Obama.
Also, who on earth is Tahir Elsaragg? Yes, I know I can check the Google machine, but I've been afraid of it ever since they started leading off query results with AI explainers.
We are so screwed.
